I use the Piano Adventures method for most of my beginners. I generally include materials from a variety of sources, especially if the student needs more work in a particular area. I do have other methods that I use as needed, Piano Pronto, Supersonics, and Carol Matz Interactive Piano. There is also the option of going method-less, focusing on the skills that are in each piece of music.
