I began teaching private piano lessons while pursuing my Bachelor of Music at the University of New Hampshire, via the university-sponsored "Piano Extension Program". This program allowed undergraduate students with sufficient skills in piano performance to gain experience teaching a small number of students on a weekly basis. Voice Students:While the basis for my vocal technique is rooted in the classical Bel Canto tradition, my students do not end up having a "classical" sound (unless that is what they want).
