Hello! I am a current DMA student studying Saxophone Performance at the University of Alabama, and have plenty of experience teaching saxophone (about 10 years!). Recently one of my students was selected for Red Band at this year's All-State Band Festival. At Southern, I learned very much about human development, and teaching methods and strategies. I also gained over 120 hours of classroom observation experience. It could be something as simple as next week I want to play the single note that has been giving me trouble, or as advanced as I want to be able to play this solo piece from memory in three months.
