Im 23 years old, fluent in English, Armenian and Arabic and Ive been playing the violin since I was 4. All my recent professional experiences have led me to the person and teacher I am today. Ive taken pedagogy classes at UMD, where I learned how to deal with students with different ages and abilities. I also have a duel Bachelor of Arts degree from Ithaca College in Violin Performance and Music Education.  Stephen is a graduate of Columbia University. A composer of more than fifty pieces, his music has been performed by both chamber groups and orchestras in the US and abroad. The most notable performers of his compositions include the Gregg Smith Singers, Stitching Combinatie van Utrechtse Muziekbelangen, New Calliope Singers, Group for Contemporary Music, and the New Jersey Percussion Ensemble.
