I graduated from Belmont University in 2019 with a bachelor of fine arts in violin performance. I have been honored to play at many venues around the world including venues in the Czech Republic, Florida, New York City, Nashville, Los Angeles, St. Louis, and Denver. I have taught Violin for eight years and it is one of the most rewarding aspects of my violin world. During this period I was also a professor of violin and conductor of the Chamber and Symphony orchestra at the Kishinev State Conservatory. I then transition to Suzuki repertoire. I also include music individual to each student based on their interests. My methods are flexible and designed to draw out the strengths of each student. Although Nerea has taught and continues to teach Beginner to Advanced Violin, from ages 3 - 53, her specialty is "Fiddle" music. She is highly knowledgeable in Cape Breton, Scottish, Irish, traditional Breton, Celtic and World music. Since graduating CSU I've performed as the Principal Violist of the Parker Symphony for 4 years, been an active member of a string quartet, played in multiple bands, and have also played with members of the band Devotchka.
