Since I had immigrated to the United States, I have joined several bands and ensembles at churches and performed at private conferences and conventions. This past spring, I ranked third place in the NATS (National Association of Teachers of Singing) vocal competition. I believe in giving the student considerable freedom in choosing music that will not only benefit them technically, but inspire them.
