Anda Szilagyi is a singer and multi instrumentalist composer who hails from Harlem, NYC. Born to 2 classical concert pianists, she began playing piano from a very young age, followed by classical guitar. In high school she took up jazz trumpet, which she continued to study at the New School, earning her degree in Jazz Performance and Composition. In April of 2014, I performed the role of Lady Billows in their 2014 production of Brittens Albert Herring. Over the summer, I also performed extensively with Aspen Music Festival, singing Pamina, Despina and La Contessa in Opera Scenes Master Classes and understudying Sybil Vane in The Picture of Dorian Grey.
