I like to encourage my students by focusing on small victories that happen in each lesson so that they are inspired to accomplish more and more as our lessons continue. Singing lessons should always be fun and positive. A student should come out of a voice lesson with new knowledge that they can then go and apply during their practice at home. I am a firm believer that most of the learning is done outside the lesson through the student's application of what he/she learned during the lesson.
