I address breathing, body alignment, relaxation/tension, and all of the aspects of singing through exercises tailor-made to address the student's individual and immediate needs. For most of my students, I will provide specific pieces that will help in their development and keep their interest. Increased strength and flexibility in the voice work for us in any style and ultimately give us the freedom to express ourselves with greater ease. I strive for wellness in the voice and does not push people to sing in ways that create pain or stress. I graduated from Western Connecticut State University with honors and received a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance.
