My teaching experience started after college I began teaching with public schools in 2006 and teaching independently in 2009 all ages. I love all genres of music and I motivate and encourage my students to explore music in that way. I love to have fun with teaching and competition so I encourage students who are interested in a performing career to perform live in talents shows , community events, family parties and gatherings so that they are able to have the experience amongst there peers and family. I began my vocal private studio while working on my Masters degree in Copenhagen in 2007. Since then I have maintained an active studio in various cities including Miami and New York City with students of all ages and levels of experience. Instruction in all genres including Pop, Jazz, Classical and Musical Theatre while maintaining our focus on proper vocal technique and good musicianship. I also worked as the main vocal instructor, choral director and music teacher at the Roxy Performing Arts Center in Miami, Florida from 2009 to 2013. Throughout my 15 years of experience, I have learned that young students develop their knowledge slowly in time, in their own pace.
