We have a wonderful time and sometimes younger children need a parent or caregiver to help them online. It is so amazing and fun to see them understand and get big smiles on their faces. For children beginners, I usually start with either Faber & Faber Piano Adventure or Hal Leonard's Essential Elements.  When the students have a grasp of the fundamentals, I will start introducing solo repertoire to get them ready for their first recital performance.  For adult students, I guide my instruction accordingly after finding out what the student is interested in to keep the lessons engaging and fun, no matter their ability level. My vocal methods are rooted in bel canto style with a strong Melocchi technique using standard repertoire from art songs to stage to develop any voice in preparation for various styles of song. My goal is to help my students go from a singer to a vocalist so that they understand their instrument to be able to create any music as needed. As a piano method I draw from the FABER & FABER method books in addition to online repertoire resources from the standard piano literature varying in styles and difficulties from classical to the four chord structures used in many of today's popular songs and arrangements.
