Instruments: Voice Music
I grew up in a musical household and took lessons in viola, piano, handbells, and guitar before I convinced my parents that voice was my true musical passion. I took voice lessons throughout middle school, high school, and majored in music my first year at college. I have taught many informal vocal lessons to friends and family, but am new to studio teaching! I am creative and enjoy finding new ways to help students reach their goals! Read More

I love teaching music to motivated students of all ages. I graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Vocal Music Education in 2010, and am almost finished with my doctorate in choral conducting. I have been singing in choirs since I was in fifth grade and studying voice privately since 2000. I've had the opportunity to travel the world singing in choirs. I love helping students find their voices! Read More

I use my own technique exercises that I write and cater for each of my students. I am a huge fan of the Arban's technique book for brass, but I like to keep lessons fun with songs that challenge my students at their level. Once the student has progressed to the intermediate level - solid fundamentals, musicianship, and a desire for learning - I introduce solo repertoire. These solo pieces range from simple etudes to full orchestral arrangements for their specific instrument. Read More
Instruments: Piano Voice
For most students on piano, I typically use the Faber series to learn technique and theory simultaneously. It’s important to be able to gain that knowledge of theory early to help students be more independent. For adults on piano, we would work together to find repertoire to fit their skill level and interest to keep things engaging and relevant. Voice is much more individualized since every instrument is unique. Read More

I approach teaching like nursing a baby ,u care for the baby,u feed the baby when hungry,u cover the babies body from catching cold , you teach the baby how to eat ,u hug the baby when he or she start crying, when she wants to go put her hand in the fire u stop her and tell her in advance what she’s going to experience.when she’s 18 you start to tell her to set goals and always drive hard to achieve them ,you tell her to never give up and be distracted by boys, you’d tell to always keep learning in life because the day you stop learning you start dying. Instruments: Voice
I have been working and training different voices for years, in different musical genres with excellent results. During the classes you can expect specific breathing exercises, vocalization, and the study of songs and interpretation. We also discuss concepts of musical theory, which will allow you to develop and make yourself understood in any musical field. A good singer for me is a versatile artist, who can feel free to sing anything at any time. Read More
