Prior to that, I finished programs in Europe as a guitar player in 1991. I moved to the United States in 1994. From 1995 to 2001, I've completed Master's degrees in Guitar, Composition and Electronic Music from University of Maine and Cleveland State University. I have been teaching private lessons for about 15 years, as well as camps and workshops. I have served as a clinician and instructor at Drumline camps and with Orchestra. I created the Percussive Arts Institute of Ruston to bring music education to an underserved community and taught around 100 students in an after-school program.
