My teaching experience started while I was attending high school. I began working at local band camps over the summer during my senior year and I found the experience to be cathartic and extremely rewarding. At the beginning of my college career, I started working with several band programs as an instructor and private lesson teacher. I have been actively teaching students of all ages since 2007. Education has been very important to me - not just my own, but that of others as well. I've been involved with teaching for over 10 years, from my early days of being a section leader in high school to private percussion teaching throughout my undergraduate years, and I intend to keep teaching for the rest of my life.
