After graduation in 1991 I had my first vocal student in my home. In 1995 is when I had my first experience teaching in a music store environment. The store was known as Howland's Music World and was there until 1997. I have experience teaching beginning percussion-intermediate percussion on mallet instruments, snare drum, timpani, drum set, and orchestral percussion. After his discharge in 1995, Matt moved to Akron, OH and began the real business of paying his dues in original bands, clubs, wedding bands, theaters, demo sessions, and countless one nighters.
