For beginning students who are children, I often use the Andrew Scott Method for flute. When the student is considerably advance I will use the Rubank Book for flute begginers. Once the student is at a comfortable level, I will proceed to introduce him to Body Mapping. I particularly love working with beginner flutists and helping them to find their voice on the flute and discover the joys of playing.
