My lessons are not built for me to tell the student what to do, but rather learn how they learn and research the best practices for reaching that student. Encouraging regular practice on a consistent schedule is one of the key points I emphasize for my students. To truly become an accomplished musician, a student must be motivated to practice daily. I began studying music performance in university in 2006, under the tutelage of Dr. Sara Gill. Dr. Gill had just returned from an amazing study abroad with Trevor Wye and his studio, and was able to offer cutting edge techniques. After my first year of University Dr. Gill moved, and I was subsequently passed to the instruction of the amazing Dr. Naomi Seidman.
