I had my first job tutoring students at a turtoring facily for grades K-12 in my hometown.  There I helped many students in an array of subjects.  From this first job I was able to harness my abilty to teach students in their own tailored way.  This job taught me how students learn diffrerently and you can't create a one-size fit all curriculum for every student.   While I was earning my BA I taught private piano lessons and taught students ranging from novice to adnvanced.
