During my Air Force Years I attended the University of Maryland with my primary focus on musical theatre. My experience in teaching has been mainly focused on voluntary work, in teaching close friends, family and friends. I have always wanted to teach the joys of Classical Music to all ages. I've been teaching music since high school. Throughout college, I maintained a small private studio of trumpet students. After college, I taught piano, guitar, and general music as a volunteer teacher in rural Malaysia for one year. In graduate school, I instructed two courses of ear training every semester.
