My teaching experience dates back to my college days, as I began teaching at a music summer camp 3 years ago. Since then, I have been teaching private students. I encourage regular practice sessions. This is one of the key points I like to emphasize for beginners especially, as it tends to help the student progress, gain a passion for the instrument, and build discipline. My experience goes back over ten years.  I have taught students privately and also from teaching services.  Presently, I am teaching piano at a school here in the Miami area.  In additionn to that, I have several private students that I teach at my home studio.  My students are encouraged to practice everyday.  If they are taking lessons because they are interested, it is easier to teach them.  If they are coming because their parents want to learn, they are not as inclined to enjoy their lessons. My teaching experience dates back to 8/2015. It was a friend through my father's. Since then, I have been consistently teaching in my home studio for 2 years now. Encouraging regular practice is important to produce consistent results. Although I am classically-inclined, contemporary (modern) music goes a long way in helping students to continue enjoying and learning the piano.
