If a student has a grasp of the fundamentals, I work with the basic blues and scales to build a repetoire. For Adults, I like to work with jazz standards as well as H.L. I was born to play drums... no kidding, as a third generation drummer in my family, I began beating on my dad's kit from the moment that I could hold a pair of sticks.
