I encourage this by setting realistic goals for my students at each lesson. Each student is provided a weekly practice journal. Acknowledging accomplishments helps fuel a students desire to progress, and makes students eager to learn more. I graduated from Bob Jones University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance, and went on to receive a Master of Music degree in Music History from the University of Hartford's prestigious Hartt School, graduating in 2015.
