My music career has given me the opportunity to sing in many different styles including Opera, Jazz, Music Theatre, Pop, Rock, Country, and more. A student must be comfortable enough to take the risks that are necessary to grow as a musician. Sometimes those risks will result in what seems to be a failure. I try to reinforce the idea that it is not a failure because you tried, what can we use from that experience to get closer to what you were trying to accomplish next time.
