Once the student has progressed to have a grasp of the fundamentals, I will begin to introduce solo repertoire appropriate for their first recital performance. I am a native of Houston, Texas and a trumpet player. I attended Stephen F. Austin State University for my Bachelor's Degree,and afterwards I decided to move to Cincinnati to study with a few of the trumpet players in the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra. I recently graduated from Miami University with a Master's Degree in Music Performance on trumpet. I am currently a freelance musician with 5KBrass and perform regularly in the Cincinnati area.
