I have studied under the direction of The Hampton Roads Chamber Players and The Bay Youth Orchestra in Norfolk, VA. There are many ways to teach an instrument, one of them is from the perspective of visual memory, or I know, there are teachers who demonstrate first and then the student tries to imitate what he hears and sees There are also others who speak and ask for what they want without demonstrating anything, because obviously they are no longer at the level playing or because they have a condition in their hands or fingers, and they get things by speaking, making themselves understood by the word.
