Even hold the little right hand for help for the bow move, A lot times I need help left hand and press down fingers, Only take two or three weeks they will control their little hands . I am a musician originally from Mexico, I have performed in Latin america and Europe. I am currently Principal viola with Symphony of the Americas and part of the Con Brio Quartet. Besides teaching and performing in orchestra I am also very active as a recitalist and chamber musician. For beginning students, I've used the Mel Bay's modern bass and guitar methods, James Bastien piano library, Essential Elements for wind instruments, Advanced Rock drumming and Master theory books by Charles S. My teaching experience dates back to when I was a Junior in high school. I began teaching some group guitar classes and violin lessons. I believe that it's important to instill a love for music as that is what will keep the student practicing throughout the years. I am certified to teach the O'Connor method.
