My teaching style is very thorough and patient. I welcome mistakes! Please make mistakes! It is not about how often you fall down, but about how you get up again. If you want to work hard, I will work hard as well. My students know the importance of regular practice in order to build dependable muscle memory in their singing. In a lesson we will spend half the amount of time working on technical building exercises and half the time working on repertoire. Read More

It really doesn't matter how quickly or slowly does a person learn. What matters is it's done positively and it should be lively! We are making music and it shouldn't end up becoming boring, sad or depressing! I ensure that the student enjoys every moment of the lesson. The only thing I request all students is to find some time to practise. That is the only way that we can get what we want. Read More

As I said before, every student is complitely different, and is important to understand what they need from the very first time, so you can be an inspiration for them and not a waste of time. The voice technique is so important, basic, for a profesional singer, but is not the only thing you need to become a good musician/singer. Is so important to find your personality as an artist, your soul, and that is the hardest thing for a voice teacher, but when you have a student who developes that thanks to you, is the best feeling in the world. I love having my students use notebooks to keep track of their own goals, practice habits and achievements. I think this is a great way to have them keep themselves on track and it's also a neat way to track progress! As a teacher, I like to encourage my students to be self-motivated so they can improve on their own. Taking lessons is obviously important but it is also crucial for students to practice the materials learned in lessons on their own time. Read More
