The classes are planned based on the individual's voice range. In general, classes begin with breathing techniques, followed by vocal warm-ups. Students at a beginner level will learn German lieder or Italian songs from the "24 Italian Songs and Arias" from the Schirmer's Publishing. After a student is able to read music on the basic level and knows the placement of notes on the scale, we proceed to the basic repertoire and practice. My goal as a teacher is to address each of these three categories, allowing my singers to grow in each of them.
