My experience as a teacher with younger students comes from my background in music education and choral conducting. I began teaching privately about a year ago. My students acquired graduate degrees in music, as well as attended the most prestigious schools, here in the bay area and beyond. My son and students are prolific performers and have been selected for leading roles. They have been awarded scholarships and honors in the performing arts field, and in general academia subjects. From there I moved to Portland, picked up the ukulele, and began to teach at a studio called Music World, where I worked with all ages and talents, and began songwriting and performing across the city. After that, I moved to Birmingham where I taught in a large lessons studio called Mason Music Studios, while continuing my own musical collaborations and compositions.
