My musical career started as a singer growing up in Washington DC. I have been playing saxophone for almost 15 years and have been composing for 8. I have maintained a private studio for 6 years and have taught students from 8-18. I have lots of experience singing and playing in lots of different genres of music and have always maintained the importance of being able to play in multiple genres. One of my greatest joys have always been to see my students make progress and express how happy they are with themselves after working hard, and this is one of my greatest motivations to teach and give teaching all that I've got. I began assisting teachers during high school for extra credit. It later became my job during Full Sail. I worked extensively with grades K-5 on reading, writing and math skills enrichment.
