I have taught on and off for the last 7 years. Recently I have decided to change careers and focus music and teaching full time. During my time as an undergrad student I taught percussion and basic piano lessons in the local area. Since leaving school in 2014 I have continued my music education and focused on teaching young children both group and individual. As soon as I meet with a student or a group of students, I make sure they are welcomed by an energetic teacher before getting started on their lesson. I try to keep the student(s) engaged by showing them different ways and approaches to music from books and my own personal approaches to help them grow knowing their teacher is well experienced. Every student had different goals for what they want to play or what they want out of music in general. Also did master classes for adults looking into genres like Boleros, Vals and Classical Music (Nylon Guitar).
