I enjoy helping each student reach their unique goals as an individual. I am trained as an opera singer and I specialize in classical/operatic and musical theater repertoire. My teaching experience is quite varied. I've taught young children as a member of Mimi Zweig's pedagogy classes, and I currently teach group classes to 3rd-5th graders here in NYC. I've taught chamber music to teenagers in Indiana University's Summer String Academy and to adult learners in Montreal. Ive been playing Clarinet for 12 years, and in that time Ive been teaching for 6 years. In Florida I attended University of North Florida where I had the opportunity to perform virtuosic concertos with the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra, Ocala Symphony Orchestra, and the University of North Florida Orchestra and Band.
