She completed with a Masters of Music as well as an Artist Diploma at University of Cincinnati, College-Conservatory of Music under Dr. Catharine Lees and Mr. Masao Kawasaki. At CCM she studied chamber music under Ariel Quartet and was a member of CCM Philharmonia and Concert Orchestra. She performed four solo recitals and two chamber recitals during her Master’s program. Through those songs, I can introduce many technical and musical concepts. It is very important that this is a positive musical experience.  I implement materials of my own design mixed with songs of the students choosong and tastes, and typically have them up and playing a song or two that they like in a couple of lessons.  All ages, styles, and expereince levels are welcome. For reading,  I like to use a combination of notation, tabs and chord diagrams.  And while I dont absolutely insist that the student learn to read notation, I do strongly encourage it. Read More
