I then will add either Esssential Elements, or Rubanks Elelmentary Method depending on the learning style of the student. we will play duets from Amsdens Celebrated Practice Duets, or Selected Duests for trombone vol. 1 or 2 by H. I focus on effective practice techniques. My students learn the skills of practice routine that build measurable and gratifying progress from week to week. I am not a task master, but I do love to give positive reinforcement and praise for quality work and effort.
