I am a clarinetist, educator, and performer that has a passion for all kinds of music. I perform a variety of genres including chamber, orchestral, and solo music, as well avant-garde. In 2015 I graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor's degree in clarinet performance. After I assess the ability level, I find level-appropriate method books, scale studies, etudes, tone exercises, sight reading, and solo repertoire. I use method books that I am personally familiar with and like, but am open to looking for new, exciting options. When it comes to playing the violin, the automaticism of such motions as in what is required to efficiently and effortlessly master one’s craft begins with the simplicity of a regimented practice pattern and structured rhythmic pattern done everyday. This must be cradled by a safety net of inner Development. Without developing the Heart one cannot develop the craft. I find a deep relationship between Meditation practice and Classical music intermindlged with Jungian psychology that I feel attuned to at the heart of the insular development of potential individuation that can propel one forward into the depths of the ecstasy of life that is pungent and honest.
