I consider myself very professional in what I do, I love music since I was little since 1993 and all my life I have dedicated it to this beautiful art. I was formed by the orchestra system of Venezuela, to which I dedicated as a student and then as a teacher a large part of my life, going on national and international concert tours. I was in charge for several years of a music school as executive director in San Cristobal, Venezuela, and as musical director of the Adventist orchestra of Venezuela Tachira headquarters (2012-2015). I explain that middle C is the reference point, moving to the right you ascend the musical alphabet: CDEFGABC...moving to the left you descend the alphabet: CBAGFEDC...We have fun saying that backward fast. Lessons can focus on technique, performance, sight reading / singing, ear training, music history, music theory, composition, improvisation, fakebooks and more. Piano lessons can cover everything from how to sit at the piano to using rotational movements to get accuracy in large leaps. I focus on musicality. A student does have to be Lang Lang to sound beautiful. Read More

I usually start with a beginners book for children or adults. We go through the lessons at their own speed. As for practicing the scales, I do not introduce them until the students is thoroughly familiar with the keys (the alphabet of the keys.) For adults I introduce the scales and arpeggios much earlier. I work with the students at their own speed. They like my style of teaching. Lessons with me do not seem like a chore because I am a teacher who does not get upset with the students . Read More

For all students I believe in technique. For vocal students I start with working on how to have a free flowing sound and work on the natural sounds that can be created by each individual students. Many people "create" their sounds, trying to mimic someone they have heard in the past. I can help foster the best sound for you and apply it to repertoire that is appropriate and that you enjoy!! As far as saxophone and piano, I begin at the beginning. Read More
