I like to ask questions such as "How did playing this passage make you feel? or "What is this piece of music mean to you?" I graduated with a BA in music from Saint Joseph's College. I studied both choral and instrumental education. I did not work towards becoming a teacher because I want to work in more non-traditional education settings (sacred music, worship teams, private lessons). I'm working on my masters in organizational leadership because I'm hoping to work with church musicians on weekends and have a management style job during the week.
