My love of music grew as a child having a family supportive of music education. I see the participation in playing musical instruments as much of a fun activity as it is a physical and mental workout. After receiving my Associate in Science in Music I went straight into a studio and started teaching a range of students from 4 - 24 years old, and from the never-picked-up-an-instrument-before to I-can't-wait-for-the-competition levels. I auditioned to be in the orchestra program for a performing arts high school and from 2016-2017, I attended performing arts high school, Dillard High in Fort Lauderdale. I explain that it will be awkward to hold the bow in correct position because it is unusual for person to hold the right hand that way.
