I have previously taught piano and voice to children when I was in high school. In college, I worked with Tammy Hensrud and Craig Schulman (who has starred in Les Miserables and The Phantom of the Opera). In turn, I gave voice lessons to fellow students within my drama program who wanted to further develop their singing techniques. My biggest reward is seeing my students passionate about their voice, their instrument, their music. I focus a lot on understanding music from the piano so I feel very happy when they can demonstrate good musicianship skills in challenging settings. I am a multifaceted musician, music producer, composer and instrumentalist with diverse musical experience spanning many genres and styles. I graduated from Bard College in 2016 with a degree in music composition. While at Bard, I was involved with the opera workshop and the audio engineering crew. I play six instruments and am able to teach most of them proficiently.
