Solfeage helps the student to understand better sheet music and also helps understand the real emotion of the piece, among other things involved in a piece. If the student is a beginner I will teach them proper technique, how to develop good habits at home, and I will also inform the parent to watch out for these aspects when they are practicing at home! We will be working on short excerpts from essential elements book, and then we will progress to Suzuki repertoire.
