I am a teacher dedicated to sharing my love and knowledge of music and the violin. In May 2014, I graduated from the Baldwin Wallace conservatory of Music with a Bachelor of Music degree in Violin Performance. Since graduation, I have performed with multiple orchestras such as the Springfield Symphony Orchestra (Ohio), Richmond Symphony Orchestra (Indiana), the Kentucky Symphony Orchestra, the Ohio Valley Symphony, and the Middletown Symphony (Ohio). I am a patient teacher and encourge students to work at their own pace. If we need to spend more time on a certain concept or technique than one lesson allows, we will. I want to make sure that they understand throroughly before moving on to the next concept. At the same time, I want my students to feel challenged in their lessons so that they will be willing to go home and put the work in during their practice time. Read More

My name is Amos, and I've performed and taught all over the world. I'm excited to share my love of music with a variety of students.  I've performed in orchestras like the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra and Philharmonic Orchestra of the Americas, performed recitals on three continents, and even spent some time teaching in South America. I try to enable all of my students to gain a better more meanigful appreciation for music. I enjoy teaching and try to incorporate technique while learning music. Regular practice is a good habit to learn early on and I ask all students to bring a notebook to lessons so progress can be recorded.
